This publication, study material or guide is in English, includes, videos, text and images and is not intended or designed to give legal advice on the compliance with Federal, State, or Local laws and regulations and should be noted that laws, regulations, and standards are subject to revisions, additions, or deletions, at any time.

I understand the information I provide in my Student Profile must be complete and accurate without errors. We recommend autofill be turned off to avoid errors. In the event my certificate is not accepted by the court or TDLR for any reason, students will be charged a re-processing fee of $10.00 to correct the certificate of completion. There will be no exceptions. Any dispute of charge or payment will result in DES Certificate of Completion being voided. Student is responsible for reinstatement fee. Certificates are provided in official TDLR State Approved PDF format and can be downloaded directly from within your account up to 6 months after completion. If access to a certificate is needed more than 6 months after completion a fee may apply.

Driving Records:
I understand the information I provide in my Student Profile must be complete and accurate without errors. Autofill must be turned off to avoid errors. Driving Records are emailed to students during business hours only, Mon – Fri 8am-5pm PST. There are no refunds for fee(s) paid for Driving Records. The fee paid is premium in nature for convenience and ease of student. Any dispute of charge or payment will result in DES Certificate of Completion being revoked. Student is responsible for reinstatement fee and all penalties.

I understand that if it is determined a student has completed the course with outside assistance, made false statements or present falsified documents to the court or Approved Defensive Driving, LLC, this may be a felony and the completion certificate will not be accepted and I will receive no refund. I have reviewed the list of approved defensive driving courses and understand that Approved Defensive Driving, LLC is a TDLR Approved Defensive Driving for the state of Texas in the English Language Only. I certify that I have a valid drivers license and am eligible for this defensive driving course.

I agree to utilize the services of Approved Defensive Driving, LLC in an environment fit for learning.
While the information contained in Approved Defensive Driving, LLC course has been compiled from sources believed to be reliable and correct, the publisher makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in this publication nor that such use may not infringe upon privately owned rights, and does not assume any liabilities or responsibilities, expressed or implied, with respect to the use of, or for damages resulting from, the use of any information, method, or process disclosed in the publication or the accuracy of the information contained herein.

In the event I would like to pursue a refund I agree to notify Approved Defensive Driving, LLC via email ([email protected]) within 3 days of payment. I agree that I will not pursue a refund through my credit card company, bank, or financial institution. Any refund provided may be subject to a nominal administration fee.

I agree to pay any and all penalty fee(s) incurred by Approved Defensive Driving, LLC within 15 days if I perform a chargeback for any reason with my credit card company, bank, or financial institution.

I agree to notify Approved Defensive Driving, LLC via email and afford 24 hours for corrections as needed if there is a technical issue.
In the unlikely event Approved Defensive Driving, LLC cannot make corrections within 24 hours I will be refunded.

I understand that Approved Defensive Driving, LLC will quickly review my request and if it is determined that there was a technical problem resting solely upon Approved Defensive Driving, LLC Web servers or Web-based applications, I will receive my refund. I understand that in the event Approved Defensive Driving, LLC was not the fault of any errors, computers or operating systems, then I am not entitled to a refund.

I acknowledge and understand processing of certificates occurs only on Business Days UNLESS Instant Processing is opted for. In the event I need (opt to have) my certificate processed faster I may opt for Next Day or Instant Processing at a later date for an additional fee. I understand this option fee is non-negotiable and is Premium in nature. Basic processing time is 7 business days

System Requirements

I understand and agree that the Approved Defensive Driving, LLC course is an e-learning, internet-dependent, interactive learning service that requires proper communication via the Internet. I understand that Approved Defensive Driving, LLC makes every reasonable effort to ensure the proper operation of its technology and internet communication. However, Approved Defensive Driving, LLC cannot guarantee the proper operation of my (user, student, registrant, etc.) computer, or the Internet.

Approved Defensive Driving, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for my (user, student, registrant, etc.) inability to complete the course due to technical problems including, but not limited to, technical problems with the internet, internet service provider(s), and/or my own computer or email software.

I have read and understand Approved Defensive Driving, LLC’s technical requirements and have determined that I can use this system. If I plan on taking Approved Defensive Driving, LLC’s course using a Macintosh computer with an older version operating system than OSX, or if I am using a PC computer running Windows XP or older operating system, or if I am using the Linux OS, Firefox or AOL browser, or if I am behind a corporate firewall, I understand that Approved Defensive Driving, LLC’s web-based application may not function properly and may not be supported. I understand that Approved Defensive Driving, LLC will use EMAIL as a primary method of communicating important deadlines, receipts and tracking information about my defensive driving course. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that all Approved Defensive Driving, LLC emails are not blocked by my email SPAM filters and that any and all emails that are returned to Approved Defensive Driving, LLC due to misinformation or Spam filters will not be re-sent unless I make a special request to:

Communications with Our Company:

I understand and agree to allow Approved Defensive Driving, LLC to communicate with me via email. I further agree that only if needed or required can said Company call or text me with the sole purpose of this course and its features or completion.

Billing Disputes:

All billing disputes must be resolved with Approved Defensive Driving, LLC. Approved Defensive Driving, LLC must be notified of all duplicate charges so we can properly refund a students account. Student understands and agrees that chargebacks will incur a fee of $50.00 USD fee due to bank charges incurred by Approved Defensive Driving, LLC. Student also is aware that this fee must be paid if a student disputes a charge prior to a certificate being reinstated with the state of Texas.

Secondary User Accounts:

Please do not create more than one account for any one given traffic ticket. In the event a user creates and pays for a secondary account an administration fee of $15 will be subtracted from the refund.

Certificate Processing: Certificates are provided in PDF format FREE of charge 7 days after completion. We offer expedited processing for an additional fee in the event a student would like to purchase this optional service.

Certification Statement of Use:

I, the student certify and agree I will complete 6 hours of instruction in order to be certified and receive a certificate of completion.
